Melbourne to Uluru to Darwin.
Solo....well with my Triumph Tiger 'Snowy'.
The packing/planning takes a couple of months.

Oh but not before some last minute drama.
I thought I had bought two front wheel discs from an ebay seller in Oz.
Turns out, I only bought one. (they are usually sold in pairs).
Only found out days before my flight....so ended up having to drive to San Diego.
Traffic all the way...day of my flight.
Thankfully they had the part part I needed.
Flights to Oz.
Well they were OK, I got there.
Eventually.
Installing on the Tiger.
Side racks for luggage.
Top rear box.
Side stand foot for soft soil.
Touring extra tall windscreen.
Phone mount.
GPS mount.
Michelin Man on ram.
Heated grips.
Probably something else...but I forget now.
Slowly coming together.
Got a lot done in half a day.
What gets better than rib eye steak, cut as thick as you want with good marbling?
Slept like a baby...11 hours.
First stop. Werribee Mansion.
